Surely some of the memory modules survived, no?

I was pricing memory modules for DECstations the other day...  $100 for
a 4MB upgrade for the {2,3}100, and around $300 for 8 and 32MB modules
for 5000s.  Prices have remained high since the DRAM chips aren't made
on large scales anymore, and of course the demand isn't very high.
