Hm. it seems I bulit the snapshot using "-arch=pmax" on the maketars
command line, instead of "arch-mips".  That meant no ld.elf_so in
base,tgz, no /usr/include/mips/* in comp.tgz, and a few other gotchas.

I'm rebuilding another snapshot as I type. Until that's done, the best
workaround is to extract /usr/libexec/ld.elf_so from the "1.3.2 libc
patch kit" tarball.
