514400's are 1M*4, and KM444000's are 4M*4 (the chip list
[http://www.hitex.com/chipdir/chipdir.html] is your friend :), so you've
got 4MB and 32MB simms.  I'd imagine that most of the VAXstation type
stuff would use similar parts to the 2100/3100 and 5100 (and 32MB sounds
large!), so I guess we're talking about Alpha memory...

Definitely not 5500 - they're large QBus boards.  I'd guess the same
would go for the 5400 and 5800 too, but I haven't seen either of those.

The 3100 only supported 2MB simms, so if it worked that's what it would
be.  "tms4c1024-12dj" (chip list again) are 1M*1, so I'd guess they're
2MB.
