I've only used CD-based Ultrix from 4.2 onwards, so I can't help too
much. However, Ultrix 4.3A was the first to support the R4x00 chips, so
you definitely won't have support for either the 5000/150 or 5000/260
systems with 4.0.
If you've got a 5000/200, you want to use something like
boot 5/tzN (N is the SCSI id of your tape)
or on a 5000/240
boot 3/tzN
If you get an error like "?IO: 3/tz5 (bb rd)" is probably means there's
no boot blocks on that tape.
