Huh? When was that? I've never knows the right shift didn't work. I have
however seen serveral versions of the X-server which only allows one key
per modifier, which makes the right shift unusable...

Up/Down arrow don't repeat for me, however...

I have a Personal DECstation 5000/20 btw...
