I am trying to get a DECstation 5000/125 going and get this far:

>>boot 3/tftp
888368+41776+80868
Using PROM serial output until serial drivers initialized

then it hangs. I have no disk installed (well, I had an old 300Mb drive
but it did the same - it is not a DEC disk either - so I unplugged the
power to see whether it might be hanging things).

What am I doing wrong?
