Hello everybody,
I got it to boot!
Thanks for everyones help, especially Emanuel and Anton. In order to
make it boot I had to do several things:

Reorder the positioning of the memory in the slots, just switch the
front pair with the rear pair (and they are 8 mb simms! Yeeeha).

Remove the framebuffer.

Buy a null modem cord for the terminal.

And that did the trick. Now to hook up the big old 40 mb drive (maybe
I'll buy a bigger one) and get cracking on NetBSD.

Once again thanks for the help everybody.
