Where can I get gtexinfo-3.12.tar.gz?

I have followed s_frueau@ira.uka.de (Thorsten Frueauf) instructions
to make "gtexinfo" but I do not have the source file.
I found gtexinfo-3.11.tar.gz. I have looked for the source file
(as directed) on ftp://prep.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/,
		 ftp://wuarchive.wustl.edu/systems/gnu/
		 ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/distfiles/
		 ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/distfiles/

Where else can I look?
