If the binary package is missing there I fear you need to build it
yourself. You would need to fetch pkgsrc (e.g. from
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/pkgsrc.tar.gz or via sup)
and do the following as root:

cd pkgsrc/devel/gtexinfo
make
make install

Unfortunalty I have no pmax with 1.3.2 currently, so I can not help out
at the moment, sorry.
