Probably, yes.  My maxine has 33MHz CPU module which was given by a
kind Austrarian guy last Summer.  He said the module is a leftover by
R4000 upgrade, but did not state which DS5000 model originally had.
The module has been working great since the day zero when I replaced
original 25MHz module with 33MHz.
