src/sys/arch/pmax/stand on current says this:

  A tar file containing the bootblock source tree is available on
  ftp.netbsd.org:~ftp/pub/NetBSD/arch/pmax/bootblock-1.3.tar.gz.  The
  bootblock source will also be folded into NetBSD-current shortly after
  the release.

It doesn't look like this has happening.  The archive doesn't exist either.

Is the ELF boot loader in NetBSD/alpha working, and can bits of that be
used for a NetBSD/pmax second stage boot loader?
