I have committed the changes to ld.elf_so to support the mips machines,
and have changed the GCC to use /usr/libexec/ld.elf_so for the dynamic
linker.

If you rebuild gcc, you will need to build and install ld.elf_so.
Installing ld.elf_so will also make ld.so a link to ld.elf_so to
provide backwards compatibility with existing binaries using shared
libraries.
