Um, if that was me, it wasn't a rant.  

I said if I got a card, I'd put it in a machine and poke around the
TurboChannel slot space until I figured out how to use the card.

It's ... kinda tricky to do that, without actually having the card.
There are no Mach3 drivers for the PMAG-J, either: I looked.
