FYI: I have what I hope will be the final 1.3.1 .tgz files built and
ready to ship.  The X tarsets are not yet rebuilt and I havent
repopulated the entire miniroot with 1.3.1 binaries.  Other than that,
and barring last-microsecond changes, I think NetBSD-1.3.1/pmax is
ready to ship when the final release annoucmennt is made.

This is just a heads-up, since I know some of you are planning to cut
CDs and maybe holding off for 1.3.1.
