tcsh does this on all the DECstations I've got. (3100, 5000/133, 5000/200)

I've never run down the problem completly but I believe it as to do with
the terminal type handeling as one can cause the error by setting the
terminal type at the shell.

free(1009b800) bad block. (memtop = 100ba800 membot = 10090a60)
