Thanks very much for the feedback.

I've committed the change from DELAY(100) to DELAY(150).  It will
appear in 1.3B in tomorrow's sup.  I really hope it works on a 2100, too.
(The scc.c  fix will appear tomorrow also.)


I've also requested the change be pulled up into the forthcoming patch
release for 1.3, along with the glass-tty console fix for the TC mfb
and a couple of other minor changes.
