Hi all,

sorry for this mess :((

I found out, that i always used this vt220 terminals in vt100 mode. Never
thought about this. 
Now i got a "new" old one for playing with my decstation around, this was
configured as a vt220.

SORRY AGAIN, MY FAULT.
