I've put an updated BETA on the FTP site. This updates everything
except the X sets (which are still rebuilding) and the precompiled
kernels.  There's now an INSTALL file with basically the same
installation instructions as the earlier NOTES file.


This is going to be the last BETA before the final release sets.
Unless someone finds a real showstopper I don't anticipate the release
will change significantly, if at all, from this BETA.
