The example files in sys/arch/pmax/conf seem to have never (at least
since 1.2) had an option PROCFS or file-system PROCFS in them, but
I've always added it and it's always worked (at least as far as I can
tell).  With stuff in that diectory being changed, I had expected it
to show up but it didn't.  It just occurred to me that that might have
been for a reason.

Have I been lucky, or was this just overlooked?
