Hello altogether,

Is there a tool running on NetBSD/pmax that allows low-level formatting
of a SCSI hard drive? I have a ST296N that reports a lot of correctable
(and a few uncorrectable) errors, and I would like to get rid of them...
I tried the rzdisk utility from Ultrix, but it only reports

zam965# ./rzdisk -f known /dev/rrz1c

*** ERROR OCCURRED DURING COMMAND (Inquiry) ***

/dev/rrz1c: Invalid argument

"And this WIN95 works?" - "Sure, just push this RESET button...
wait...you see: you can restart!"
