In my NetBSD tree that I sup every now and again, I've noticed that
the PICA and PMAX ports are in the process of being merged.
genassym.c was moved to sys/arch/mips/mips/genassym.c.  I'm not sure
what state the merge is in, but if you are missing things, this might
be why.  I've noticed a little bit of traffic in netbsd-src to this
effect as well.  Maybe checking out the archives of that list would be
useful.
