Since we have another MIPS-based port in the tree, and there has been 
talk of others, I propose we create two new mailing lists:

	port-pica	Issues specific to the PICA port (should be
			created anyway)

	port-mips	Issues related to MIPS-based ports, similar
			in nature to port-m68k.

Yes, ok, port-mips has a namespace if we ever have a port to the MipsCo 
computers, but I don't think we can really avoid that :-)
