I committed tc_subr.c today.  It should be sup-able tomorrow.  I've
built a kernel with that tc.c, and CGD's latest sys/dev/tc/tc.c.  It
boots on a 5000/240 and a 5000/200.

The recent changes to sys/dev/tc/tc.c should definitely allow
a single kernel to boot on a TC machine and on a 3100/2100.

I haven't been able to try booting on a 3100 for some time. If someone
could try it out and let me know how it goes, that'd be *great*.
