I just put another kernel on ftp.dsg.stanford.edu, in
~ftp/pub/NetBSD/arch/pmax/snapshot/NetBSD.

This kernel has Arne's pm colourmap fix, as modified; and
the safest fix I can come up with for the 3100 Lance interrupt
problem. If someone with both SLIIP and NFS on a 3100 could
exercise this, I'd be grateful to hear if it works. (I don't
see how it couldn't, since I made splimp() do splhigh();
but you never know.) That will probably have a negative
impact on I/O performance, relative to the pre-1.1 kernels;
but it should at least work.

NTP kernel pll support comes for free, if you happen to be
running xntpd and compile it with ntp_adjtime support ;)

Screenblank may also work, if you compile and install
usr/sbin/screenblank. but I doubt it'll *unblank* just yet.
(I haven't been within sight of a pmax monitor since
building it.)
