For the most part, no, but in a few cases, 'yes.'

There are still a couple of ports -- hp300 and pmax -- that don't use
the 'standard' machine-independent SCSI code used by the rest of the
ports of NetBSD.

Those are also the same ports that use 'config.old', btw.
