With the Apr 29 SUP, I get the following glitch in libexec:

cc -O              -c rquotad.c
rquotad.c:28: rpcsvc/rquota.h: No such file or directory

current sup now does not even have it in /usr/include/rpcsvc, on
sun-lamp; only files are:

-rw-r--r--    1 0        500          3973 Mar 20 07:18 ypclnt.h
