port-pmax: DECstation 5000/20 and Bootstrap code

Does any one have bootstrap code for the pmax port for a DECstation 
5000/20.  I am running KN02-v2.0m.  I have tried the raboot/bootrz from 
stanford and the bootblock-dd.  I have tried using cat/dd/newfs all 
wothout success.  With the bootblock-dd it starts loading, but once it 
gets to the kernal size thing, it locks up so tight that the keyboard 
refuses to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
