Mr. pmax maintainer?  Sounds funny.  Call me Dean. ;-)

With a lot of help from Jonathan, I believe that I have commited all
of his patches for the pmax hierarchy.  I've also put in a fix (just now)
that should put Ultrix disklabel compatability back.

If anyone knows of any other patches that need to be put in, please send
them to me.  If you send diffs, please give me RCS ID's if possible, so I
know what you are diffing against.
