Subject: Formatting an Ultrix disk to be NetBSD

Now that I have a fairly nice /usr partiton, and the machine seems to be doing
well enough, I'd like to partition and format the Ultrix disk.

All attempts are failing.  I've even tried to simply dd the first part of the
NetBSD disk onto the Ultrix disk.

Suggestions?
