The following works for me. Apologies for not following KNF.
There're really only two changes from Theo's latest. This
calls seteuid() and setegid() with the effective id passed to
osetre{gid,uid} if the real id is -1, instead of with -1.
It works for me. Theo, thanks for adding the checks for suser().
That was the other missing piece.
What's the correct result for a NetBSD seteuid() and setegid() to
return when called with an id of -1?
