Can't help much, but Ralph had a 5k/200 talking to an ethernet in his
basement, so if_le.c should? talk to it. If it is of any help, the lance
should be found in tc slot#6 at an address of 0xbf800000. (You probably
already know that the 5k/200 should be identified as a 3MAX?)
