Hello,

Is there anyone with a pc532 that wants to attempt this?
I currently don't have the time for this large of a set of
changes for the pc532 port. I might be able to give some
advice ....

Also, was someone working on ELF support?

I'm still not sure how many pc532 are still running NetBSD ....

So, for those that missed the announcement on tech-kern, Nathan has
gotten most of the way with the scheduler activation based threads
stuff. This will be a huge win for NetBSD once integrated.

However, Nathan needs help from people to make it work on all our
ports. It requires machine dependent code, and until we have all our
ports (or almost all) done, we can't integrate his work. The changes
are too intimate to ifdef around. We have to do almost all ports at
once.

It would be REALLY REALLY good for people to volunteer to do the work
for various platforms. Getting this done in the next couple of weeks
could be a huge win for NetBSD. Please pitch in. There is a detailed
description of what needs doing on tech-kern.
