OK, after months of delay, problems, illness, etc. I think I have the 1.3.1
distribution files ready to go.  I'd like someone to verify the floppy
images, since they caused me a lot of trouble...  Where is the proper place
to deposit all this?  I assume I do not have permission to write it to
ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-1.3.1/pc532 (or whatever that path is.)
