OK, it appears that I'm almost back to running -current and over
my problems with libc.so.12.19  However, when I go multi-user,
/etc/rc finishes off by printing out the date, and then nothing.
I didn't change any config files but the behavior has changed
somewhat.  Did the gettytab syntax or requirements change recently.
Do I need to modify something in /dev?  I'm tired of doing makes
for the entire source tree from single-user, and manually running
/etc/netstart so I can get mail...

Any hints?
