I suspect 50 Megs will allow a full installation of NetBSD/pc532 but
it doesn't give you much room to work. (You need to save some space
for the swap partition ... at least as large as your RAM size,
but better if 16 Megs or bigger.) AND if you want the full sources
on line, you will need a lot more room than that. I currently have
about 600 Megs and I always feel like I am out of room. I'd say you should
have 300 Megs as a minimum. (If I remember correctly, my /usr/src partition
is about 180 Megs and that includes only the pc532 sources and objects. And
I have run out of space recently in trying to build everything. I often
wish I had a lot more space on my pc532.)

If you want to configure your own kernel, you will at least need /usr/src/sys.

Bottom line: Buy as big a disk as you can for the machine :) You can
NEVER have too much disk space :) Disks are getting so much cheeper
recently ... like I recently got a 4.3G 3.5inch SCSI drive under $1400
for a lab here at WWU.

I'm using 8 Megs and that appears to be about the minimum to have without
a lot of swapping. 4 Megs works, but is quite a bit slower than 8 Megs.
