		- medium quality serial driver ... it needs improvement

I have an improved version, including support for Sun style
dialin/dialout devices, but alas I need to do a bit more work (which
includes touching generic tty code) to get the dialout stuff right (I
mistakenly did my testing with a modem which never dropped carrier)!!
