NetBSD/ofppc install ISO available

Thanks to the efforts of Matt Green, there is now a bootable install CD for
ofppc available.  Be aware that the above link is only good for a few days, so
if you need a new one later, just dig through the daily builds and see if a new
one got generated.

This CD is known to work on a 7044-270, and a Pegasos II.  When installing on a
7044, make sure to pick a custom install, and de-select the GENERIC kernel, and
select the GENERIC_B64 kernel.  It is advised that you take the defaults for
everything else.  For a Pegasos II, the defaults should just work.

It's possible, though unlikely, that this CD will work on other RS/6000 models.
Feel free to try, but please send me dmesg of the attempt, either way.
