Nice!

I'd like to know how this affects cross-compiling.

(I'm slowly trying to get turbo support working, and since I don't have a
supported system, I'm cross-compiling from NEXTSTEP.)

Currently I'm using a cross-egcs (--host=m68k-next-nextstep3
--target=m68k-unknown-netbsd).

Would it be enough to build gcc-2.95.3/binutils with `--host=xxx
--target=m68-elf' to be able to compile the ELF kernel and booter?

I know there are cross-compilers in pkgsrc, but I doubt they're useful on
a non-NetBSD system.

Regards,
Timm
