NetBSD/next68k has now switched to using the ELF object file format.
I didn't make a full ELF snapshot, but you can grab the sun3 snapshot from

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/sun3/snapshot/20010113/

and that will do fine for userland.  I did put up an ELF kernel and
boot program at

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/next68k/ELF/

if this isn't enough to get people going, we'll see about getting
a full snapshot built.
