Hi, I'm about to help out with the port of Linux to black hardware, and
to get started I'd like to boot a simple hello world program from the
hard disk (not from tftp).
Could anyone please tell me the format of a bootable kernel image and
how to create it? Is it possible to use cross-compilation from an Intel
box to create it?
