I'm trying to install on a mono slab, and here's the results I'm getting.
bootp, tftp, and nfs worked like a charm, the kernel loaded, and then
promptly pooched.

NeXT/MC68040 CPU+MMU+FPU, 4k on-chip physical I/D caches
real mem = 8380416
panic: pmap_enter_ptpage: PT page not entered
Stopped in at _Debugger+0x6: unlk a6

and a trace shows the following:

_Debugger(2704,2,4179000,0,156ecc) +6
_panic(c5dc9,1000,0,fffffffe,1) + 52
_pmap_enter_ptpage(fe870,1400000) + 50c
_pmap_enter(fe870,1400000,4294000,3,1) + b8
_cpu_startup(143a0,e3dfc,4001000,0,5) + 16e
_main(1,1,0,156ff4,1000) + 38

I'm assuming this is a common problem, but only because I have a very
straightforward setup here.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks!
