NWS-32x0 should be supported by NetBSD/newsmips in -current,
but its framebuffer (LCD) is not supported yet.
So you have to use serial console.
(BTW, I guess Tsubai-san has a patch for the LCD.)

Try the install floppy in -current snapshot:
