The VxWorks bootrom is intended only for loading a VxWorks runtime
image over the network (or from SCSI disk, if so configured).
It is doubtful that you could make it boot a NetBSD image. It
will attempt to load the kernel to 0x1000 and then jump to 0x1000.
(Unless RAM_LOW_ADRS was changed by whoever you got the board from.)

To my knowledge, 147Bug is not available for download from anywhere.

What are thoughts on xxxBug ROM images for those resuscitating used
MVME boards for *BSD projects?
