Actually, I just remembered that you may not need to do anything to get
an A24 mapping at 0xF0000000. So ignore the second set of `Master xxx'
instructions and just try `md f0780000' anyway. (The VME controller has a
fixed A24 mapping at that localbus address, which may or may not be
enabled by default on your 167.)
