I do,

  # build.sh -m cobalt -T cross/mipsel -O obj/mipsel tools
  # cd sys/arch/evbmips/conf
  # config MY_OMSAL400
    :
   <snip>

However, this problem occurred to kernel OMSAL400 of HEAD of
nyftp.netbsd.org.  Perhaps, I think this to be unrelated.
