Sorry for what must seem like a silly question, but after much searching 
of the web pages and such, I cannot find how to submit changes to the 
NetBSD source tree.

If you have been following the port-mips stuff, then you know I've been 
doing lots of work to bring up additional AMD Alchemy support, and I've 
also got some fixes and changes that I think may be generally useful to 
the mips port (e.g. endianness fixes for BigEndian cores with 
LittleEndian busses.)

What's not clear to me is how I should submit these changes.  I presume 
that there may be some kind of peer review requirement, and then there 
is the process of actually doing the CVS commit (and getting permission 
to commit, I suppose).

I'm at the point where I'd like to have other folks look over my 
changes, and get them integrated.
