Kyoto microcomputer has some evaluation board with Vr4122/4131:

There are similar boards for SH4 and ARM7, but
they are a bit expensive for personal interest ;-)

As nisimura-san wrote, L-board (L-router) by LASER5 is
also available:

They are already supported by NetBSD/hpcmips in -current.
