Out of curiosity, I was doing some reading up on the Sony Aibo. Apparently
it has a MIPS based processor running its brain, a Quantum Effect Devices
RM5231A running at 200MHz.  The page I read said this was coupled with two
SDRAM chips (NEC D45128163G5-A80-9JF) which total 32MB of RAM.  For
persistent storage, there's a 4MB flash memory.

And of course the other Sony system I'd like to see running NetBSD is the
Sony Playstation2.
