I don't think so.  There's no way for it to work.  The "other endian"
bit in the CSR hasn't been used by NetBSD to allow it to run wrong
endian binaries.  In fact, I can find no reference to where it has
been properly implemented under any operating system.  Lots of
theoretically it should be possibles, but things like ioctl always
seem to get in the way.
