Indigo/Indigo2 and Indy do not as everything is "small".

O2, soren commented.  I'm not 100% sure, but it does run
a 32b kernel.  There are some hacks for the R10000 support
that may require this.

Octane could run a 32b kernel, but to support bigger configs
you'd probably want a full 64b kernel.  Servers are the same.
